Pay, Schedule, and Location - Starting at $16.60 to $18/hour

- Located in Chicago, IL
Duties and Responsibilities - Operate industrial sewing machines, including overlock (serger) and straight needle machines
- Perform alterations, repairs, and assembly of garments or textile products
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Adhere to all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements and Qualifications - Previous experience with industrial sewing machines required
- Experience using overlock (serger) and straight needle machines preferred
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate materials
- Background in garment construction or textile production
- Familiarity with different fabric types and sewing techniques
- Ability to read basic work instructions or patterns
