Primary Care Physician

Join an established primary care team in the beautiful mountains of western Virginia. This Family Medicine opportunity offers a $280,000 base salary, flexible 4-day workweek, 6 weeks of PTO, no after-hours call, and only 32 patient-facing hours per week.

Position Highlights

• $280,000 base salary
• Flexible 4 x 10 schedule
• 32 patient-facing hours
• No after-hours call
• Approximately 16 patients per day
• 6 weeks of PTO
• 40 hours CME + $5,000 allowance

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for Virginia medical licensure.
• Rural healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Interest in community-based primary care and serving a rural patient population.
