Summary Statement: NPORT is seeking professional, reliable and compassionate nursing professionals dedicated to the provision of high quality patient care that adheres to federal and state regulations, and Joint Commission standards.

Skill Nursing Home Facility ALL SHIFTS Available

LOCATION: PHILMONT NY

Shift: All Shifts available: Evenings & Overnights

• DAYS (7am-3pm)
• EVENINGS (3pm-11pm)
• OVERNIGHTS (11pm-7am)

Hire Type: Per Diem

Essential functions of LPN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• · Administer general nursing care to patients in assigned area under direct supervision of RN
• · Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• · Insures all aspect of care is provided
• · Maintain accurate documentation in records
• · Check control drugs, review lab reports, review physician orders

Qualifications of LPN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

· LPN NY Registration License

· CPR Certification

· 1 year experience Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility **Preferred**

· EMR system experience

Paid orientation

Weekly pay/direct deposit
